The new Lamoille Valley Pregnancy Resource Center is opening in Lamoille County. They rely on the support of donors to operate. The LVPRC is starting a “Baby Bottle Fundraiser”. Participants receive an empty baby bottle to bring home and fill with loose change, cash, or check. Return the filled bottles by June 18th (Father’s Day). At MQAS bottles will be available beginning on May 7th at the Parish Coffee Hour after the 8:30 AM Mass. Representatives from the Lamoille Valley Pregnancy Resource Center will be available in the Julien Room with information and to answer your questions. Catholic Financial Life will match a portion of the net proceeds to benefit Lamoille Valley Pregnancy Resource Center. If you have any questions contact Eliza Giard at [email protected] or 802-585-0552.
This weekend is the Catholic Home Missions Appeal. Your support funds religious education, seminary formation, lay ministry training, and other programs that build vibrant faith communities right here in the United States. Please be generous. More information can be found at www.usccb.org/home-missions.
Next weekend, Sunday, May 7th, immediately following the 8:30 AM Mass in the Julien Room. All welcome. Come and enjoy some coffee and sweets and visit with your fellow parishoners.
Would you like to see a parish float in the May 27 Spring Festival Parade? We need a vehicle for the float. The theme is “Our Seniors are the Foundation of our Community”. If anyone is interested in donating the use of a vehicle or working on a float, please contact Jeannine Young at 586-2899.
