Chicken Pie Supper A huge thanks of appreciation goes out to those who donated food, money, purchased tickets or supported the Chicken Pie Supper. Most especially an enormous thanks to the many workers before, during and after the August Chicken Pie Supper at St. Michaels, sponsored by Court St. Veronica Catholic Daughters and Catholic Financial Life. We are pleased to report the dinner received $4,827 in sales and donations, (inclusive of the CFL $500 donation), and we were able to keep the expenses at $602.47. A check will be given to Mary Queen of All Saints in the amount of $3,924.53. This could not have been achieved without the entire parish and our wonderful community. THANK YOU!
“Suicidal individuals – with or without a terminal illness – typically do not want to die. The patient requesting assisted suicide is often asking, ‘Does anyone want me to be alive, or care enough to talk me out of this request and support me through this difficult time?’” —USCCB Secretariat of Pro-Life Activities
