A message from Rev. Deb of the East Craftsbury Presbyterian Church" This year our church will be making cookies for the Craftsbury/Albany Pop-up Pantry, which serves about 130 households. Our goal is to provide 130 dozen cookies - packaged by the 1/2 dozen - for the holiday distribution. ( We usually bake cookies for the Hardwick Area Food Pantry - you might, too. This year the Hardwick Area Food Pantry is partnering with local bakeries to provide cookies for their holiday baskets. It’s wonderful for them to support local businesses.) Would you like to partner together to provide these 130 dozen cookies? Working together makes the number seem more manageable! We’re asking folks to package them by the 1/2 dozen, in a ziplock bag. They can drop them off at my house before December 16 - I’ll store them in the freezer here. Or they can deliver them to the Pop-Up Pantry - at the Church on the Common December 16, Wednesday evening through Thursday, December 17, 11am. The cookies will be distributed December 17. We’re asking folks NOT to deliver them to the Church on the Common prior to Wednesday, December 16. THANK YOU!
