The Diocese of Burlington will be hosting a Night of Healing Prayer to remember those who have suffered, or are currently suffering, from abuse and neglect. Details at: VermontCatholic.org/events. If you suspect a child or minor is being abused or neglected, call the Vermont Department of Children and Families (DCF) at 1-800-649-5285 to make a report. This number is available 24/7. You can make an anonymous report, and you will not be penalized for any report made in good faith. If a minor or child is in immediate danger, dial 911. Follow up by making a report to DCF. The Diocese of Burlington also provides a Victim Assistance Coordinator.
