On the second Sunday of Easter, the Church celebrates the Sunday of Divine Mercy. It
provides an important opportunity to share Christs message of mercy. Divne mercy is an
opportunity for plenary indulgence. The usual conditiions are as follows: sacramental
confession (within about 20 days before or after), Eucharistic communion (preferable on
the day, or the days before or after).
